How to make Chana Masala Wrap?
Soak 1 bowl of chickpeas overnight, cook in pressure cooker for about 4-5 whistles with salt. Remove excess water and Let it cool Take 2 tsp of oil in a pan, heat it, add 1 tsp cumin seeds, let it crackle, add a pinch of asafoetida, ½ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp of cumin powder, immediately add the chickpeas, mix it and switch off the flame after 3-4 mins. Add half, each of Green, yellow, red capsicum, chopped in small cubes, mix well.
Take 1 small bowl of mayonnaise, squeeze in half lemon juice, 4-5 cloves of minced garlic, pepper powder, mix well and keep aside.
Take tortilla wrap, apply the mayo spread, lay some chopped iceberg lettuce, 2 spoon full of the chickpeas mix, wrap it up, grill lightly, serve hot.
