Roughly Chop 2 med sized onions, 5-6 cloves of garlic – saute these in a pan with 1 tsp of olive oil, add in diced pumpkin (300 gms) – let it roast for 5-7 mins, then add 3-4 glasses of water, cover it and let it cook for 20-25 mins. Add salt and pepper.

Switch off the flame, use hand blender to make fine puree. Let it boil for 2-4 mins, serve hot.
