The healthy soup recipe

Take 8-10 med tomatoes, cut in 4 pcs, 6-8 cloves of garlic, 2 med sized onions – roughly chopped, 1 cup freshly cut basil leaves

Heat 2 tsp of olive oil in a pan, add Onions, garlic – saute until onions are light brown, add tomatoes, and let it cook for 10-15 mins, remove flame, let it cool then churn in the mixer – fine puree. Clean the same pan, add 1 tsp of olive oil (optional), add basil leaves, add tomato mixture, add salt to taste, ground black pepper, water as per desired consistency. Top it with croutons while serving.

For making Indian Tomato Shorba – Instead of basil leaves, add 1 tsp of each, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder in the oil then add tomato mixture.

This is the easiest and fastest and tangiest soup 🙂
