Take half bowl each of Broccoli, onions, corn kernels, capsicums, zucchini, carrots, beans, white button mushrooms cut in small squares, saute them all together (except for capsicums and mushrooms which you can add after 2 mins) in 1 tsp of oil, after 3-4 mins, add water as desired, salt, pepper, herbs (if required), let it simmer for sometime and serve hot. (I don’t use corn flour for thickening, if you want you can use, if you want you can add 1 tsp of soy sauce and 1 tsp of vinegar for Chinese flavouring, but I prefer plain flavour)
