Veggies
Cut 1 cup each of, onion, zucchini, green, red, yellow capsicum in thin strips. Chop some mushrooms, broccoli in florets, and any other vegetables of your choice. Add 1 tsp of oil in a deep pan, saute all the veggies except mushrooms, for about 5-6 minutes, then add mushrooms, another 2-3 mins, sprinkle salt and pepper as per taste.
Lay the tortilla wrap, apply the dressing of your choice, some chopped iceberg lettuce in the center, 1 big spoon full of veggies, wrap it up, grill lightly and serve hot.
