Italian Vegetarian Recipe with White Sauce

Take half cup each of, cut in small cubes, Broccoli, onions, corn kernels, capsicums, zucchini, carrots, beans, mushrooms, baby corns cut in small squares, saute them all together in 1 tsp of oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

White Sauce

Mix 3-4 tsp corn flour with 1 ltr of milk, make sure to not have lumps, take a pan, heat 1 tsp of butter, add in the milk mixture, let it simmer for 5-7 mins, add some grated cheese and switch off the flame. Add salt and pepper to taste.

In oven proof dish, spread all the veggies, pour the white sauce, add some more grated cheese and let it bake for 10-12 mins (until golden brown).

Serve with garlic bread.
