What to make for vegetarians at BBQ?

Here is the Recipe for Vegetarian Barbequed Vegetables!

Serves – 2 people

For Marination

Hung curd – Take 1 bowl of curd in a muslin cloth, squeeze it and remove all the water.

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, 2 tsp of fresh cream, 2 tsp of tandoori masala, pinch of dry mango masala and some kasoori methi, mix it really well.

Veggies

Cut below veggies, 1 cup of each in 1 inch squares:

Onions, green, yellow, red capsicums, whole button mushrooms, whole parboiled baby potatoes, lots of paneer (cottage cheese).

Add the hung curd mix to the veggies, mix well, keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours and let it marinate.

Put these veggies one by one in the skewers and grill in the griller or bbq if you can.
